The GL1000 LTD was a limited run of the 1976 Gold Wing produced for the US Bicentennial, set apart by gold pinstriping and gold-finished wheels; Wikipedia puts the run at about 2,000 bikes. Mechanically it was the same flat-four, shaft-drive K1 Gold Wing, so its appeal lies in the trim and rarity rather than performance.
